Our Public & Government Sector Consulting team designs strategies and helps public organisations to materialise their business and operational objectives and to manage their financial and regulatory risks. Our team combines industry knowledge, subject expertise and extensive experience in business strategy formulation, strategic and business planning and policy making. Our clients are the largest and most complex public organisations.
The team is evolving and in this new era, we are further developing and expanding to adapt to the constantly changing environment. In this context, we are seeking to recruit Associates to join our Advisory team to support the Project Management processes and the implementation of large-scale projects and initiatives in Athens.
The role entails:
As a member of this team, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support in the project implementation for public sector consultancy projects in several areas related to policy making, public administration reforms, EU funded projects and programmes
- Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information responsibly
- Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
- Share and collaborate effectively with others
- Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner – verbally and in the materials produced
What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years of work experience in consulting firm / research organisation / business unit
- A degree in Economics, Business, Science, Technology or Engineering
- Excellent writing skills in Greek and English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of public sector
Optional but a strong plus will be:
- an MBA or a Master’s degree in the fields mentioned above
- Knowledge of ESIF/EU Structural Funds /RRF
- Knowledge of public procurement framework
