Job Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for tracking parcels to customers and conducting communication with customers and related departments in the communication channels specified by the company
2. To provide information, advice, and basic troubleshooting in the case of delayed or lost deliveries
3. Record data and produce daily/weekly/monthly reports. Both in the part of the parcel that has delivery problems, residual or other related problems.

4. Problem analysis and performance
5. To present solutions to problems in delivery to be more efficient and effective.
6. Study and follow up on new knowledge-related technologies. to be applied in effective management
7. Work and other projects as assigned by the supervisor
- Able to work based in Klang
- 6 working days
- Fresh graduates are welcome
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,350.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
