responsibilities/duties:

- Ensure full compliance and enforcement of all Safety, GMP, Regulatory, Product Quality, Company Policies, Government and Environmental requirements and laws.
- Embody, support, deploy and enforce the company Success Factors and strategy.
- Work as leadership team member of Engineering. Department, to help the department support Stryker Suzhou’s success.
- Lead the New Product Teams to support success of new product introduction.
- Lead the Manufacturing Engineering team to support Business Units on the current product production.
- Responsible for building up key technical competency in Stryker Suzhou.
- Work as a key member to establish and improve the key engineering and process development processes. Continuously improve work effectiveness and efficiency.
- Complete integration and intimate communication between other engineering management functions, within and outside engineering department.
- Lead department level or plant level initiatives.
- Manages directly and/or through subordinate supervisors, the activities of engineers, and / or technicians.
- Sets strategic goals and priorities and evaluates subordinate’s performance based on those goals and priorities.
- Coaches and develops engineering personnel.
- Is responsible for engineering personnel compliance with company policies and quality systems.
- Responsible of resource and capacity management, will hire, train, develop, and engage the best talent for the Engineering.
Required/desired Qualifications: 必要/期望的任职资格：
- 8+ years related manufacturing or technical experience.
- 3+ years management experience.
- B.B.A. or B.S. in Engineering or natural Sciences or related curriculum.
- Masters Degree in Eng (Preferred)
- GMP/Medical Device Industry Expertise preferred
- ISO 13485/Quality Systems Expertise and Application
- Lean/SPC
- Must be able to routinely make decisions which affect immediate operations and may have a company –wide effect.
- Must be able to promote quality excellence and lead by example.
- Excellent analytical skills, such as FMEA, process control plan and SPC.
