1. Receiving visitors / guests by welcoming, directing and announcing their arrival to respectively.
2. Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls.
3. Receiving & sorting mails and parcels by recording in log book and ensure they are distributed to the intended recipients precisely.
4. Upkeep the tidiness of reception and ensure it is presentable.
5. Control the usage of meeting rooms and ensure it is clean & tidy and ready for usage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
COVID-19 considerations:
All employees and guests are required to wear masks, daily temperature checks etc.
