We are hiring "A SAUDI Customer Service Agent" for A Medical Center in Khobar, Eastern Providence, Saudi Arabia
Job Description;
· Will be responsible for replying the clients inquiries via different tools (Face to face, phone, Mail Or WhatsApp)
· Will be responsible for sending data to the client as required & handle their complains
· Will follow up the clients requests
· Presenting reports as required
· Highly problem solving ability
Requirements:
· Has At least 2 years of experience in Customer Services (At least 1-year experience in medical center)
· High computer skills
· Fluent in both Arabic and English
· Must be patient , active & smart
· Highly communication & arranging skills
Offer;
· Salary; 4500 SAR
· Monthly bounce ; Up to 2000 SAR (Based on Excellent performance)
· 6 working days per week
· 8 working hours daily
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ﷼4,500.00 per month
